Below is what to expect when using our service. This is a good time to point out that we offer a service. We do not currently engage in buying your things and reselling them. We don’t house them and consign them. Instead we act as a listing service, with expertise in selling through different mediums.

Our goal is three-fold.
- To help you get rid of stuff that’s cluttering up your life.
- To help you get the most money for your stuff in the secondary markets.
- To help you accomplish 1 and 2 as fast and efficiently as possible.
Step 1
We conduct an initial consult over the phone, in person or via email. We determine if we are a good fit for your situation. Our target household or business has at a minimum 25-30 items totaling 2500-$3000 dollars which they would like to sell quickly. They are in a geographic area that we currently service. Right now our service is limited to East Louisville. Special exceptions may be made for friends and family.
Step 2
We schedule a 3 hour listing session. We currently have set blocks of time throughout the week for these sessions. At the listing session, we document all items to be sold. We also get detailed descriptions, measurements, pictures and prices. We have you fill out a questionnaire which focuses on overall goals.
Step 3
We decide which medium makes the most sense for your different items. Some items sell better on Craig’s List. Others get more traction on Cheapcycle or Ebay. We list your items and start the conversation.
Step 4
We handle the correspondence with potential buyers. We coordinate with your schedule to find good pick up times for your buyers. This will require some flexibility on your part. Cash and less clutter are always a good motivation though. We keep the listings fresh and the communications flowing while we sell your stuff.
