Our ideal customer has $1500 or more in stuff they would like to get rid of over a one to two month period. Our best price is set up for this type of customer. The percentages are based on a 12 month rolling calendar which starts the first day you list with us. Once you hit the $1500 threshold all future commissions for the remainder of the 12 months would be 35% versus the initial 45%. This is to encourage repeat customers and repeat listings. The threshold would restart at the end of the listing year.
